Bloom'n'Belle are always on hand to help, however, we are not a 'shop' and therefore do not always store flowers, as we mainly order to demand for total freshness. I would therefore suggest that you provide us with 48 hours notice to ensure we can select, collect and prepare the best quality flowers for you and your loved one.

Important Information before you buy

Delivery
At Bloom'n'Belle, our committment is to create and deliver high quality arrangements. We would therefore recommend that you select next-day delivery. We are unable to ship flowers in a water source due to shipping handlers not always taking the best care needed. We do wrap the stems in a damp cloth, but this will only keep the flowers fresh for a short period of time. We would also require time to create your beautiful arrangement and ensure they are with the shipping company by their cut off time, for the next day delivery to be successful.
If things don't go to plan

But, we all have our off days, including nature. There are many reasons why your flowers may not meet your expectations:
- Shipping handler being too rough
- Flowers taking longer than planned to arrive at their destination
- Floppy/wilting flowers
If you do encounter any of these unfortunate situations, please could you ensure that a photo is taken of the packaging and the flowers, without this, we are unable to process a complaint with the shipping company.
If your flowers are a little on the floppy side, they are probably just thirsty, so try cutting the stems at a 45 degree angle, remove any leaves that may touch the water and leave them overnight to have a good drink. If the flowers don't perk up, let us know so that we can help.
Bloom'n'Belle want you to be delighted with your flowers, if you aren't, please contact us and if the situation can be resolved with a refund or replacement flowers, then we will do all we can to help you. Please note that photo's will help with this process.
We are unable to guarantee flowers for more than 7 days, some Spring flowers, such as tulips may even wilt after 5. If you select a postal option that takes longer than 24 hours, including weekends, then please be aware that for each day in transit, will be a day less for your loved one to enjoy them.
We select flowers from local farms where available and other suppliers that do not use chemicals in their growing process, this can impact on the longevity of the flowers but makes them even more natural!
